Our New Patented Arapal™
Motor
One of the biggest
problems associated with massage products is quality and reliability in the most
essential item – the motor. The very nature of the vibration produced causes
massive stress on the motor and, as far as we know no motor has been designed
which eliminates the problems created with the massive load asked of them –
until now. Through years of experience learning every problem associated with
these motors, finding methods of overcoming each and every one, many hours of
searching for a suitable reliable unit and finally deciding the only way was to
design one for ourselves.
The new motor had to have quality, reliability; work to the correct
specifications and most important of all must produce the same or better specific
therapeutic frequency of vibration as the Sonoid products we were selling.
Without going into details we also discovered how to make this new full power
incredibly robust motor operate on low voltage – our new model products can be
plugged directly into 12v (car, caravan, boat etc), 24v for trucks or through
the supplied power pack into 110v-240v power outlets in virtually any country in the
world, all adding to the safety, reliability and versatility of the product.
Research for installing these motors in battery powered wheel chairs could be
undertaken.
Another problem experienced with the high-powered, therapeutic type massage
products is heat. Again, because of the load they are under they can develop
quite unacceptable levels of heat and this of course can compromise the life
expectancy of the motor. The new low voltage Arapal™ motor develops virtually
no heat. Our test motors have been running with their original components for
over 10 months (24-7, 7200+hours) and are still as good as the day they were plugged
in
All these attributes go in to making the Arapal system the most reliable and
versatile of any of the best quality, therapeutic massage products available on
the market today.
Our products comply with
RF standards, and have the following Electrical Approvals:
FCC
